“Ik ben blij, ze waren niet zo goed, we denken niet dat alles perfect is”, zegt Carl, terwijl hij de gast “The Perfect Dinner” zegt. Trotzdem versucht er, de schlechten Ruf der Engelse Küche zu bessern: “Ik pimpe das einfach ein bisschen, veldleicht schmeckt es de Leuten dann but.”
De zelfstandige Stuckateur heeft een mooi inzicht in de resultaten van de herziene menukaarten van het voorgaande jaar: “Ik ben blij, ik zit in de Wild Card.” Als vast clublid zit Carl in zijn eigen feestzaal in Edesheim en heeft hij een café met een grotere bar. Door een klein casino te bouwen in roulettestijl past het bij het motto ‘James Bond’. Er zijn de volgende vereisten:
- Vorspeise: Muscheln
- Specialiteiten: Engelse taart, Honig-Salz-Karotten, Kartoffelbrei, Jus
- Nachspeise: Banoffee Pie, Vermouth Espresso
Gerhard (54) vertelt: “Der Carl kon al zijn spraak uiten.” Dat is krachtig met zijn motto. ‘Ahhh’, met vriendinnen Ella (42) en Heidi (53) in een elegante jurk met Black Tie dresscode. “Ik had een cocktailtaart”, zegt Ella. “Ik kon genieten van mijn Schottenrock”, zegt Gerhard dat hij de mogelijkheid heeft tot meer genieten.
Het perfecte diner: gasten spelen daarna “Casino Royale”.
Op de binnenplaats werd de rode Teppich opgerold en de Union Jack gesist. Carl is enthousiast over de signaalgast van Outfits: “Super Bond-Frauen! Met de fijne Schotse Kilt, perfect, past, Sean Connery.” Een Martini met het starten van het wasprogramma Abend. Der steigt Ella sofort zu Kopf: “Ik weet het niet zeker, aangezien ik tactvol was, zo kijken we ernaar.”
De endlich auch van Dann gibt was zu Essen. “Oh wauw! Tot snel”, zegt Ella die Schüssel mit neusverwarmende Muscheln en gerösteter Zitrone. “Dat is het, het is tijd, het is tijd voor Muscheln”, zegt Heidi. “Tiptop”, zegt Gerhard. Das Schöne: Schmecken tun sie auch! Er zit een Hauch Knoblauch-effect in. Zwischen Vor- en Hauptspeiseen zullen de gasten in de Keller dan “Casino Royale” naspelen. “Een perfecte ervaring dus”, Gerhard houdt van de Pub-Atmosphäre.
Carl staat nu op Platz 3
Geniet meer met taart- en kartonbreien. Carl zei: “Ik ben blij met hackfleisch entschieden, maar dit is de lichtste variant.” Heidi meint: “Hackfleisch is voor mijn eigen apparatuur, die ik in mijn eigen menu heb kunnen brengen.” Gerhard legt de Engelse taal uit: “Met mij gaat het wel, maar het is niet zoals de Burner.” Signaalhoogtepunt: “That Jus.” Ella is positief: “Ik ben blij, daarom hebben we authentieke präsentiert.”
Het Dessert: Banoffee-taart en vermouth-espresso. “Dat is jammer met bananensplitten”, zegt Tobias (37) tegen Törtchen. Heidi mist de Toffee-Geschmack: “Der Nachtisch war nicht meins.” Ella heeft een bijzonder bijzondere uitstraling: “Ik hou van het eten, en ik ben er dol op, dus er kunnen porties van de toonbank worden gehaald.”
“Het was een mooie avond. Alles was goed en er werd goed geleefd”, zei Heidi tijdens het diner. Met 32 punten won Carl vorerst auf dem Platz.
